I can't really find a bad thing to say about this jacket. Colour - As a female it's great to get a different colour option (I chose blue). Fit - It's a perfect fit, the elasticated back allows freedom of movement without looking like a sack on legs. Cut - The cut of the jacket is spot on, the front of the jacket sights slightly higher than the back allowing freedom of movement for the legs, but keeping your backside dry. Hood - Halleluja, a hood that isn't twice as big as my head. It covers exactly where it needs, and adjustable in all the necessary places. Weight - Very light, it hardly feels like you have an extra layer on. Functionality - I prefer running in the bad weather, I am not good in heat. So the jacket had it's inaugural outing recently and endured high wind, hail/rain, The route took me along a hilly trail. The jacket did not disappoint. I ran with the underarm vents open for the latter half of the route, and they did the job of keeping me nice and cool whilst still being protected from the elements by the rest of the jacket. Pocket - The placement is very good, I have often found that if the pockets are too low anything in them bounces about. I carried my car key, dog poo bags and dog whistle without any issue. Negative - if I had to be really picky, and I mean really picky, I would have personally preferred an elasticated wrist with a popper (press stud) to adjust rather than velcro. I hope this review was helpful in your choice.
