Returns

We want you to be happy with every Montane item you order, and every product purchased directly from Montane can be returned within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. All products must be returned as new and in a saleable condition with all accessories and tags attached.

We process all refunds within two working days of receiving returned products and we will always refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally paid for the order.

UK based customers can return products purchased directly from Montane for free using either Royal Mail or CollectPlus services as outlined in the instructions below. Please see below for further information.

FREE tracked returns with Royal Mail.

  • Complete your Return Form with full details of your reason for return and include this inside your parcel. Your Returns Form can be found on the back of your dispatch note or re-printed through your Online Account.
  • Repack all items with all tags or tickets in their original packaging but removing the original delivery label.
  • Attach your pre-paid Royal Mail returns label to the outside of the package and obtain a certificate of postage when you visit your local Post Office. If you no longer have your label you can request a replacement through your Online Account.
  • We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the within two working days of Montane receiving your item(s) although it may take longer for funds to reach your account.



CollectPlus

FREE and convenient returns with CollectPlus.

CollectPlus is a convenient way to return parcels via local shops, petrol stations, universities and shopping centres, and it is a service trusted by thousands of busy people every day. There are over 5,800 CollectPlus stores, open from early in the morning until late in the evening, 7 days a week.

  • Complete your Return Form with full details of your reason for return and include this inside your parcel. Your Returns Form can be found on the back of your dispatch note or re-printed through your Online Account.
  • Repack all items with all tags or tickets in their original packaging but removing the original delivery label
  • Attach your CollectPlus returns label to the outside of the package and drop off your parcel in your chosen store, where you will be given a receipt with a tracking code. You can track your parcel yourself here. If you no longer have your label you can request a replacement through your Online Account.
  • We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the within two working days of Montane receiving your item(s) although it may take longer for funds to reach your account.

You can find your nearest CollectPlus store by clicking here and use the ‘Find a store’ search at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (e.g. COLLECT NE63 0YF). Texts from 84555 are free to receive. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate. You can return parcels with cabin baggage dimensions 60 x 50 x50cm and up to 10 kg using CollectPlus

International Returns

If you live outside the UK please return your parcel to the address below together with your completed returns form. Your Returns Form can be found on the back of your dispatch note or re-printed through your Online Account.

Please clearly write your original order number on the outside of the parcel.

You should ensure your parcel is sent fully insured and with the appropriate customs declaration as Montane cannot be held responsible for lost items and cannot pay any additional customs charges.
