Bought these in Aviemore when i forgot my previous overtrousers.
They've only been used 10 times in 9 months and not been used to climb in .
They've mainly been used when extremely windy and on the two really wet days use, they've leaked like a sieve on the thigh area; definitely leaking and not sweat as I've never had my boots fill up with cold sweat! They are on their way back to the Ellis Brigham at this moment.
The waist press studs are inadequate and pop if you bend down; even with just a thermal underneath and the waist really loose, the studs still pop!
The sizing is a bit strange and these seem to be ideal for a track cyclist with big legs and very skinny waist; most people wouldn't get them on over a down jacket.
Have to be very careful with the zip baffles as they seem to want sit doubled back away from the zip inviting any water getting through straight onto your trousers underneath.
The volume zips are annoying and you constantly unzip those thinking they're the main zips.
The press studs at the side over the top of the main zip are badly positioned and since using these trousers have noticed some damage to the inside of my cag where the studs sit.

Very disappointed given the price and to my mind don't appear very well thought through.

Outstanding performance on Scottish Winter climbs. Very flexible. More expensive than some but you get what you pay for.
