Very good technical mid layer. I use mine for keeping nice and toasty when hiking on the days it's not so warm and it's perfect! The pertex keeps out the wind which keeps me nice and toasty also giving it a light water repellency, aswell as the primaloft insulation keeping me warm in case I get caught out for a little while without a waterproof layer. Bought initially as an emergency mid layer for the spine race bit when it's not used for that it's a great workhorse !

been looking for something like this for ages, great as a top layer and very warm, looks great and the hood is a master piece. the pockets are deep and are high enough so you can use them with a backpack on. won't leave the house without it throughout winter
