Run 1000 Miles in 2020
20 miles a week. Just over 32km. That’s all it takes to run 1000 miles in a year, and we have teamed up with Trail Running Magazine to help you achieve it.
The challenge is straightforward. There’s no sign-up fee, no homework tasks and no commitment. All you really need is a pair of trainers to get started, and all Trail Running ask is that you set yourself the challenge and update them along the way.
There’s a ready-made Facebook group full of RUN1000MILE-ers old and new, and the Trail Running team are on-hand to answer whatever questions you have.
