The North Star Jacket uses 93% of exceptionally high quality 800+ fill power (US Method) wild Ukrainian goose down and a water-resistant shell fabric for an unquestionable pedigree. Designed for extreme winter conditions, it features an adjustable hood with wired peak, an intelligent system of mini baffles to ensure even warmth and a greater fill weight than any other MONTANE® down jacket. It offers the perfect combination of minimal weight and maximum warmth in a package that can be stored in the supplied waterproof compression bag when not in use. The North Star is ideal for delivering incredible warmth in extreme cold conditions and must be the first choice for mountaineers and polar explorers who require a jacket for belaying, wearing around high altitude camps or as an emergency insulation jacket on long winter days in the mountains.
