September 5th 2009 is a date etched on many mountain bikers' minds as the day when enduro history was made. The inaugral Montane® Kielder 100 took riders out of their comfort zone and way beyond, it was a race like no other.
And we're pleased to announce that it's all happening again on 4th September 2010.
Many of the 200+ plus riders who started this year have said they're coming back and we're expecting alot more to take on the challenge of the 100 mile course (99.9% off road) and try to make it home before darkness envelopes the forest!
It's brutal. it breaks people, it breaks bikes, it positively devours brake pads, it is the only 100 miler of it's type in europe and you can be part of it, but be warned' it's tough; start training now and we'll see you on the start line in just over 10 months time. www.kielder100.co.uk
