Selected Montane products bearing the Eco symbol are made from recycled materials and are completely recyclable at the end of their life.

This is a closed loop polyester recycling scheme run by Tejin Fibres of Japan and reduces CO2 by 77%, energy consumption by 84% and oil consumption by 100%, this is compared to the production of virgin polyester.

It has to be said that this is not a perfect system and we don't claim to be perfect either, there is some CO2 and energy used in making the recycling scheme operate but it's certainly a whole lot better than the alternative.

When you have a garment to return to us it should be sent via the post marked 'Garment Recycling' to Montane, 3 Freeman Court, North Seaton Ind Est, Ashington, Northumberland, NE63 0YF
